Originally from Japan, chef Junichi Yamano began his career in 1987 at Hisada House (Chiba). He then worked in renowned establishments — Salasala (New Zealand), Maruya (Bordeaux), Maya Bay (Monaco) — before opening Pavillon Yuasa in March 2023 on rue Camille Godard.
His cuisine highlights fish, sushi and sashimi, prepared at the counter and in the dining room alike.
