Hanatomoe, a living expression of Japanese sake

Brewed by an artisanal sake brewery in Japan, Hanatomoe is made using traditional methods that allow natural fermentation to take place.This approach creates a sake with a vivid personality and a distinctive balance.

On the palate, a refreshing acidity appears first, followed by deep umami from the fermented rice.The finish is subtle and slightly wild, sometimes hinting at citrus notes.
