The journey of Japanese chef Junichi Yamano

Japanese chef Junichi Yamano began his culinary career in 1987. He started out at Hisada House in Chiba, Japan, and worked his way up through the ranks in restaurants all over the world, including Salasala in New Zealand, MoshMoshi and Sakana in Bordeaux and Maya Bay in Monaco. Thanks to this experience, the chef’s cuisine is unique, yet wonderful and attentive to its origins.
